Hi! I’m James, an Associate Creative Director working with brands that do good for almost ten years.

I make films, create integrated brand & response campaigns and lead on pitches for some of the world’s most important change making organisations, including WWF, NHS Charities Together, American Civil Liberties Union, NSPCC, Mind, UNICEF and Oxfam.

I lead creative teams and think strategically in everything I do - always focussed on the big picture. I want to use big ideas to inspire people to speak out, to give money, to take part and challenge the status quo. To raise awareness, change behaviours and work to make the world a better, greener, more equal place. That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning – that and good coffee.

I’m passionate about developing the next generation of creatives. I speak to students and hold portfolio reviews every year at London College of Communication,  and this year ran an agency-led project giving third years an introduction to a live project for a real client, and the possibilities of a career in the social impact space.

My work’s been on TV, on billboards, all over the internet and broadcast live from New York during a telethon for ACLU. I’ve been nominated for awards and spoken at several international conferences, showcasing my work and trends across the sector.
